Dr. Govinda Shenoy is a highly respected Consultant Neonatologist with an extensive and distinguished career spanning over 40 years , including 33 years exclusively dedicated to Neonatology. Dr. Shenoy has been a leading figure in Neonatology in the UAE, including 23 years of service at Mafraq Hospital, where he earned a reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Dr. Shenoy completed his MBBS from Calicut Medical College in 1976, followed by a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the National University of Ireland, Dublin in 1987. He later attained the MRCPCH (Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health) from the United Kingdom, demonstrating his expertise in pediatric and neonatal care.
