Dr. Sonal completed her MBBS from Datta Mehge Institute of Medical Sciences, Maharashtra, India. With a gold medal in MD Paediatrics she has further specialised in Paediatric Cardiology from the renowned Bai Jerbai Hospital for Children in Mumbai, India and is also certified in Fetal Cardiology from University Hospital Bristol, UK. She is also pursuing a diploma in her field of study with Royal College of Physicians, Ireland.

She has a strong background in working with esteemed multi-specialty healthcare institutions, offering extensive experience in settings equipped with LEVEL 3 NICU and LEVEL 2 PICU facilities. Her clinical expertise spans the management of neonatal and pediatric emergencies, with a special focus on the care of preterm and high-risk newborns.

She is highly skilled in a broad array of pediatric procedures, including intubation, mechanical ventilation, lumbar puncture, bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, abdominal paracentesis, thoracentesis, pediatric and neonatal echocardiography, among others.
